L’Oreal Voluminous Miss Manga Is Another Bargain Mascara Win

Let’s cut to the chase on this mascara review: get yourself to the drugstore and nab a $7.99 tube of L’Oreal Voluminous Miss Manga mascara ASAP!
What I love about the newest mascara offering from L’Oreal can be summed up in the following points:
1. It costs $7.99 at CVS, and that is a refreshing change from the $12.99 and up we were seeing from L’Oreal and other drugstore brands not so long ago.
2. This is really and truly one of the best mascaras I’ve ever used. It’s buildable, and makes for lush, fluttery and whispy lashes, and that “wide eyed manga look”, as L’Oreal claims.
3. Miss Manga does not require serious elbow grease to remove. The importance of this quality cannot be underestimated!
Sporting a wand that reminds me an awful lot of NYC City Proof mascara, it happens to be a great shape that allows you to get into the inner corners of your lashes.
While I don’t typically put mascara on my lower lashes, I did so for the sake of experimentation and found no smudging was involved.
My favorite feature of Miss Manga is its flexibility, and the fact that you can keep layering on mascara after it’s dried with no resulting clumps or spider lashes.
My Final Thoughts: I never thought I’d like a mascara as much as I likedL’Oreal Voluminous Butterfly! While Miss Manga delivers similar volume, the results are more on the fluttery side than Voluminous Butterfly. They’re both fantastic mascaras that are under $10. Miss Manga is a win!
Theresa Shorter last thoughts: : i do pair this first with either a water proof mascara or MAC prep and prime mascara first (let set for 30 seconds) and then place the Miss Manga Mascara on last....full and long lashes. layer on gently.. Rating: A+
