Protein pancakes for the lo-carb eater

1) 300ml Egg Whites

2) 2 scoops of protein powder Vanilla (any flavor optional)

3) 1 tbs of Almaseed (optional)

4) A few dashes of cinnamon, nutmeg and flaxseed ground (all optional)

5) 1 tbs of splenda or organic sugar (both optional)

Mix all ingredients together in a protein container shaker for 2 minutes and pour in a non-stick pan with pam spray (optional). Cook on both sides for 2minutes on medium heat and serve with sugar free Joseph syrup or plain.
